Beef Selections
Entrées are served with your choice of soup or salad. House potato or black pearl medley, vegetable du jour, and fresh baked rolls.

New York Strip
8 oz. USDA choice loin seasoned and grilled to perfection. Available in single and twin strips.

Black and Blue Filet
6 oz Beef tenderloin filet that is spiced and charred and topped with blue crème.

Steak Dianne
Pan fried beef tenderloin with garlic, loaded with mushrooms, brandy, cream and veal demi glaze.

Filet Mignon
A bacon wrapped 8 oz. filet, grilled to excellence. Topped with maitre d’ butter.

London Broil
Flank steak marinated in red wine, apple cider vinegar, herbs and spices. Grilled medium then topped with sautéed mushrooms.

Fish and Seafood
Entrées are served with your choice of soup or salad. House potato or black pearl medley, vegetable du jour, and fresh baked rolls.

Broiled Haddock Oscar
Three tender, flaky filets lightly seasoned with lemon and herbs. Topped with asparagus spears, surimi crab, and hollandaise sauce.

Pan Fried Walleye
Dredged in a cracker meal and then pan seared. Nothing to hide the flavor.

Shrimp Scampi
Seven jumbo shrimp, sautéed with lemon, garlic and Italian parsley.

Lemon Rubbed Grilled Atlantic Salmon
Boneless, deep skinned filet, pan seared, moist, and delicious.

Pastas and Salads
Served with rolls and butter

Cheesy Broccoli Alfredo
Penne pasta smothered with creamy garlic alfredo sauce and topped with broccoli and toasted parmesan cheese. Chicken or Salmon can also be added.

Spaghetti & Meatballs
A mountain of spaghetti topped with two gigantic meatballs of spiced Italian sausage and thick marinara sauce with shredded Parmesan cheese.

Classic Chicken Caesar Salad
A generous portion of hand tossed romaine hearts with parmesan cheese, croutons, and creamy Caesar dressing. Topped with a savory grilled chicken breast.

Char Grilled Salmon Caesar Salad
